FUTURA™ (CE-200) Owners

Before proceeding to download a service update, please determine the version of
FUTURA™ software you have installed. Do this by opening your FUTURA™
software.

Once your software has opened click on the “Help” menu. Then click on “About”. The current FUTURA™ Version is 1.0.0.2. The window that you will see will
look similar to the one below

If the version of software that is installed is Version 1.0.0.0 or Version 1.0.0.1 it is
recommended that you follow the below instructions and install the Version 1.0.0.2
Service Update.

A Service Update is not required if the version of software that is installed is Version 1.0.0.2.

It is recommended that you print the instructions before installing the service update.

• Download the Service Update by clicking here. It is recommended that you save the Service Update before installing.
• After downloading, double-click on the file to start the InstallShield Wizard.
• Follow the steps of the InstallShield Wizard to install the Service Update.
• To complete the update, insert your original FUTURA™ Options CD into the
  CD tray.

Attention: If your CD drive is setup to auto run a CD, the InstallShield Wizard will start. Simply hit cancel. It will ask you to confirm your choice. Click yes. Then click finish.

• Now you can run the FUTURA™ software by double-clicking on the FUTURA™ desktop icon. If the Access Code of your FUTURA™ Options CD has not been entered before it might be requested at this step. The Access Code is located on the cover of your CD case. Otherwise you will receive a “CD-Cops v1,76 #4904” message, simply click the check mark to complete the service update.
