FUTURA™ (CE-100) Owners

Before proceeding to download a service update, please determine the version of FUTURA™ software you have installed. Do this by opening your FUTURA™ software.

Once your software has opened click on the “Help” menu. Then click on “About”. The current FUTURA™ Version is 1.0.0.2. The window you will see will look like the one below.

If the version of software that is installed is Version 1.0.0.0 or Version 1.0.0.1 it is recommended that you follow the below instructions and install the Version 1.0.0.2 Service Update.

A Service Update is not required if the version of software that is installed is Version 1.0.0.2.

• Download the Service Update by clicking here. It is recommended that you save the Service Update before installing
• After downloading, double-click on the file to start the InstallShield Wizard.
• Follow the steps of the InstallShield Wizard to install the Service Update.
• Once the update completes, run the FUTURA™ software by double-clicking on the FUTURA™ desktop icon.
